My journey with plants began long before I ever sat in actual ceremonies with Teacher Plants. After years of psychotherapy and investing time with Western physicians, I found little relief for the chronic physical and emotional pain I was experiencing. I began working with herbal medicines, practicing yoga, and finding myself drawn to somatics and energetic healing. Eventually, I would make my way to South America and continue my healing in a much deeper way. Through working with various plant medicines from around the world, I discovered the deep energetic cleansings that plants offer. The ways at which we can be guided into our healing through the examining of the emotional wounds and ailments. I have experienced the ways at which plants empower us to actively participate in our healing. This is the transformation. I’ve witnessed this in my own life, and in the work I facilitate.
My approach to healing work is rooted in creating a foundation of safety and trust. I offer presence, deep listening, and intuitive reflections to support you during your healing journey. If our work involves plants, we focus on the sacred nature of this process. What I mean by this is, we may know that sitting with plant medicines can be sacred and profound, but what is equally deserving of sacred awknowledgement is the way you will integrate your experience(s). I believe as you step back into the ceremony of your life, you deserve to be—and feel— fully supported as you regain your footing. In our sessions, the space will be one of support, empathy, curiosity, and compassion. Each time we meet, there will be “the examination” of your material, your experience(s), followed by “the embodiment”, a zone of interest aimed at encouraging honesty and creativity as we find ways for to create space for the shifts to occur in your life…to put into action, so you can begin weaving a life that feels most aligned with your soul.
As a Biracial Black woman, I am dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces, especially for those who identify as BIPOC. I approach my practice with cultural competence and advocacy, providing a lens of understanding for those navigating historical trauma rooted in racism and oppression.
I continue to travel to Peru… I continue to learn. I continue to offer heartfelt respect and honor to my teachers and guides.

Call upon the help of those who love you. These helpers take many forms: animal, element, bird, angel, saint, stone, or ancestor.
Call your spirit back. It may be caught in corners and creases of shame, judgment, and human abuse.
You must call in a way that your spirit will want to return.
Speak to it as you would to a beloved child.
Welcome your spirit back from its wandering. It may return in pieces, in tatters. Gather them together. They will be happy to be found after being lost for so long.
